REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Guides and Angels. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final: All sales made through Guides and Angels are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any products.
Exceptions for Exchange Only: We understand circumstances where an exchange is possible may arise. In such cases, we will consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Exchange: For exchanges to be considered, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
Readings and Reiki services: We have established the following Payment and rescheduling policy to provide you with the best service and ensure the smooth scheduling of appointments.
- Advance Payment Required: All readings and Reiki services must be paid in full to secure your appointment slot.
- Payment Methods: Payment details and instructions will be provided when booking.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Payments for Readings and Reiki services are non-refundable. Once Payment is made, it is considered final.
- Rescheduling Option: While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, we offer a one-time rescheduling option for appointments.
- Advance Notice Required: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 12 hours advance notice. This allows us to accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly.
- How to Reschedule: Contact Carolina at (561) 860-1516 to reschedule your appointment. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and the reason for rescheduling.
- Limitations on Rescheduling: The one-time rescheduling option is subject to availability.
- Missed Appointments: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing advance notice will be considered a “no-show.”
- No-Show Consequences: No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. The appointment will be considered forfeited.
Exceptions to this Policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Such exceptions are at our sole discretion.
